job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas. Observe for suspicious activity and report any security-related incidents or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Help to deter unauthorized individuals from accessing restricted areas within the location. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related concerns. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly. Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related needs and concerns. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service.
