Arconic is currently seeking a Sr. Customer Service and Sales Representative - Automotive to join our Rolled Products (RP) Headquarters (HQ) business unit at our Davenport Works Operations facility.

Primary Responsibilities

Position Description :

Under the supervision of the Customer Sales & Service Supervisor or Manager, this Sr. Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) is accountable to provide direct customer service to their assigned customers to facilitate the overall business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities :

• The key role of the Industrial CSSR is to manage day-to-day account activities and to act as the liaison between the business and its customers.
• They are accountable for delivering value-added services resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction, thereby creating sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• This position requires little or no supervision and requires independent action and initiative within assigned areas of responsibility while managing multiple customers, customer locations, and plant locations.

About the Team

Davenport Works is the country's largest aluminum rolling mill, it was opened in 1948 and currently employs more than 2,000 people and ships product worldwide. It is in Riverdale in the Quad Cities (Davenport and Bettendorf in southeastern Iowa, and Rock Island and Moline in northwestern Illinois). The Quad Cities is 3 hours south-west of Chicago, 4 hours north of St. Louis, and less than 3 hours from Des Moines. The Quad Cities is home to St. Ambrose University among 8 educational institutes.
