Conduct comprehensive in-home occupational therapy evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plans tailored to functional needsImplement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills (bathing, dressing, cooking, mobility, etc.)Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, safety techniques, and equipment useMonitor progress and update plans as neededDocument all care accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate closely with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure cohesive, high-quality careQualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programActive Arizona OT license (or eligibility to obtain)Minimum 1 year of OT experienceCurrent CPR certificationValid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insuranceStrong communication and documentation skillsBenefits
