The ideal candidate will operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients’ internal structures, with a focus on cardiovascular and neurological imaging. This role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities : Operate MRI scanners to capture high-quality diagnostic imagesPrepare patients for procedures, explain process, and ensure comfort and safetyPosition patients accurately and select appropriate imaging parametersMonitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactionsMaintain and calibrate MRI equipment according to safety standardsCollaborate with radiologists and cardiologists to ensure accurate imaging and diagnosisDocument procedures and maintain patient records in EMR systemsAdhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols Required Qualifications : Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in MRI imaging, preferably in a cardiac or neuro settingProficiency in operating MRI equipment and understanding of cross-sectional anatomyStrong communication and patient care skills Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support)ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent
