LHH is teaming up with a leading transportation solutions company in Houston, TX to find a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!

This company offers a HYBRID work schedule and long-term career stability.

To qualify candidates should have above average analytical skills with experience processing for a minimum of 400 employees.

Annual salary for the Payroll Accountant ranges between $78K and $85K per year depending on experience.

Job Duties :

Prepare and process US payroll for over 600 employees

Assisting with audits and month end close responsibilities

Answering payroll related questions

Preparing payroll entries for accounting records

Job Requirements :

Two or more years payroll processing experience

Some reconciliation experience involving employee compensation and financial activities

Experience with deductions and withholdings

Intermediate MS Excel skills

Excellent communication

Pay Details : $78,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
