Responsibilities
Join the compassionate care team at St. Bernardine Medical Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) where you will play a vital role in supporting nursing staff and delivering hands-on patient care across the lifespanfrom pediatric to aging adult this role you will assist with essential daily care activities promote patient comfort and ensure a safe healing environment for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide basic nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate understanding of developmental needs across all age groups ensuring age-appropriate care and support.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to maintain patient dignity safety and wellbeing.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence by actively supporting the hospitals mission core values and improvement initiatives.
