Lead Facilitator / Senior Leadership Trainer

The Lead Facilitator designs and delivers interactive leadership development experiences for emerging and senior leaders. This position ensures that each training module is dynamic evidence-based and tailored to participants professional growth.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and leadership sessions.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to refine training materials and activities.
  • Model inclusive facilitation techniques and adult learning principles.
  • Support executive coaches with integration of leadership development content.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • 8 years of experience delivering executive or leadership training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and facilitation best practices.
  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred.
  • Experience in higher education or government organizations.
  • Certification in training or leadership facilitation (ATD SHRM or equivalent).
