In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Data Science & Design partners to build best-in-class ML and AI solutions that help users discover inspiration, curate ideas they love & shop the products that bring those ideas to life. You'll partner with teams across the company and ship impactful products on high impact surfaces like Home, Notifications & Boards.

What you'll do :

• Define, design & develop innovative ML and AI solutions to help users discover, curate & shop ideas they love
• Deeply collaborate with engineering, design & data science to build great experiences at the intersection of UX, ML & AI
• Define thoughtful hypotheses, product requirements, decision-making frameworks, metrics & goals for strategic projects
• Identify & prioritize new opportunities to improve relevance, personalization & signal utilization across the Curation portfolio
• Autonomously tackle complex, ambiguous problems & develop strategic influence across products

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times / quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
