Primary Care :

Outpatient clinic setting

Multiple location opportunities

Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA

$200,000 base salary, guaranteed for 2 years

$253,444 guarantee year one

Inclusive of sign on bonus & guarantee bonus

Monday Friday schedule, with 4-day work week option

Expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day

1 / 4 or 1 / 5 call schedule

Greenway EHR, but changing to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020

Hospitalist :

Long-term acute care setting with Select Specialty Hospital, located at client Hospital

$248,000 base salary

Can earn up to $20,000 bonus for based on quality metrics

Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA

Schedule

Monday Friday with 1 additional physician

12-15 patients per day

Saturday and Sunday with mid-level

Physicians must be Board Certified / Board Eligible
