Job Description

Key responsibilities :

  • Project Leadership : Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion of high-profile construction projects.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Budget & Schedule Oversight : Develop, manage, and track project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Team Management : Supervise and mentor project teams, including junior project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control & Safety : Maintain high standards for construction quality and enforce safety protocols across the job site.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local building codes.
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and clients.
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training preferred.
