Job Description

Key responsibilities :

Project Leadership : Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion of high-profile construction projects.
Client & Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Budget & Schedule Oversight : Develop, manage, and track project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Team Management : Supervise and mentor project teams, including junior project managers, field supervisors, and subcontractors.
Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
Quality Control & Safety : Maintain high standards for construction quality and enforce safety protocols across the job site.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and local building codes.

Proficient in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.).

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and clients.

OSHA certification or other relevant safety training preferred.
