Remote Event Manager

We are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our clients and their attendees and we are looking for a proactive and organized Event Manager to join our team in a remote capacity.

As a Remote Event Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing a wide range of events including virtual conferences webinars trade shows and other corporate and social gatherings.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to determine event goals objectives and budget
• Develop and manage event timelines schedules and budgets
• Source and negotiate with vendors suppliers and venues
• Coordinate event logistics including transportation catering and accommodations
• Create and distribute event materials such as invitations programs and signage
• Manage event registration attendee lists and feedback surveys
• Oversee event setup execution and breakdown
• Monitor and evaluate event performance including ROI and attendee satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and guidelines
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing sales and design to ensure seamless event integration
