Job Summary :

Amada Senior Care is looking for PCAs and Caregivers.

Amada Senior Care provides in-home care services to thousands of individuals in your area. We are currently searching for experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical care to various members in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekdays, and weekends.

Amada caregivers will work with a team of staff members who are dedicated to finding a perfect match between caregivers and clients to meet your goals (schedule, duration, etc.) and the member's unique needs.

Essential Job Functions :

Friendly companionship and assistance with activities of daily living including, but not limited to :

cooking and meal preparation

errands and transportation

walking and exercise

medication reminders

bathing and grooming

light housekeeping tasks

Thorough documentation of care plan tasks and activities completed in the home

Timely submission of timesheets via the WellSky Personal Care App

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS :

MUST have High School Diploma OR GED

Pass background check

Have a clean driving record and your own car to get to and from shifts

Current car insurance

Must have clear NAR & EMR

Core skills in caregiving

Premium skills in first aid, patient observation, and patient care

Experience with Caregiving, Gait Belt, Hoyer lift, and CNA certification

Ability to work in various settings such as group homes, assisted living, and nursing homes

Proficiency in activities of daily living (ADLs) and cooking

Background in long term care and social work is a plus
