We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our team in Troy, MI!

Conveniently located 20 miles north of Detroit, Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Troy, Michigan, provides specialized mental health treatment for adults ages 18 and older. Our programs address a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more.

Position Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for the ongoing development and operations of an Outpatient Practice that provides Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). The Executive Director collaborates with leaders throughout the organization and provides leadership and supervision to team members within the practice. Position coordinates day-to-day operations to achieve operational goals and provides clinical oversight, ensuring the delivery of clinically excellent, client centered care.

Essential Responsibilities :

Education and Experience

Position requires a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related leadership experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. Position requires a [LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC]. Must be licensed to practice and provide clinical supervision in the state of Michigan.
