About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Sales Leader with a proven track record in retail-focused furniture sales to take on a pivotal role with a $100M+ revenue responsibility. The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the sales budget, driving top-line revenue and margin performance across key accounts, and leading a team of 10+ independent sales reps in the U.S. and Canada. This role demands a strategic powerhouse who can inspire and manage daily operations to ensure alignment with targets and performance metrics. The Executive Sales Leader will also be responsible for strategic account management, new business development, and the execution of annual promotional plans, all while maintaining a strong focus on global collaboration and being willing to travel internationally.
Applicants for this role at The Company should have a strong background in margin management, forecasting, and promotional planning, with the ability to lead independent reps and drive performance through influence and strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in both classic and modern / lifestyle segments of furniture sales, and be comfortable navigating change in a leadership position. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are a must, as is the ability to deepen relationships with top retail accounts and ensure brand visibility. The role requires a leader who is adept at reporting and forecasting, and who can take ownership of pricing models to optimize profitability.
