PAI is excited to announce a new opportunity to lead specialized programming at one of our four sites across Oakdale and White Bear Lake! We're looking for creative and passionate team members to develop and lead activities in dedicated program spaces-such as an art room, music room, or a space tailored to your unique talent or area of interest.

Position Overview :

As a Programming / Activities DSP you will take the lead in setting up and managing a space focused on a specific activity. You'll be responsible for designing the layout of the room, preparing materials, and facilitating engaging sessions for the people we support. While scheduling details are still being finalized, you will play a key role in shaping how your program is offered.

Hourly pay : $18.50-20.00. Monday through Friday : 33 hours per week.

• Ability to organize and lead small group activities
• Creativity, initiative, and a passion for enhancing services
• Comfort taking ownership of a new space and working collaboratively with your team
