What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials for all individuals entering or exiting the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site-specific requirements. Collaborate with site staff and law enforcement as required to address security-related issues within the financial institution environment. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
