Principal Structural Engineer

Hazen is seeking candidates for a principal structural engineer for full-time employment in our Buffalo, NY or Sarasota Springs, NY locations. Candidates must have 5 to 15 years of relevant structural design experience.

The position will include a wide range of projects to include planning, design, permitting, and construction of structures in the ‘water space’ ( drinking water, wastewater, water resources, conveyance, canals and ports). Client development, project management, technical leadership and staff mentoring opportunities will be possible for the selected individual across Hazen’s Northeast and Midwest businesses. Primary focus will be projects in Upstate NY and PA. Fieldwork and site visits from planning through construction may be required with occasional travel.
