Maintenance Coordinator
Real Property Management Rental Solutions, a leading property management company in Middle Tennessee, is seeking a maintenance coordinator to oversee the maintenance of our ever-growing portfolio of single-family rental homes.
Overview : The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the company's maintenance division. Strong candidates will come equipped with a full range of knowledge, including general handyman skills and proficient with technology. The Maintenance Coordinator must be well versed in vendor and client relations and adhere to strict time schedules. This position will be responsible for timely and complete work to the standards of the Real Property Management brand.
Requirements :
The Maintenance Coordinator is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Maintenance Coordinator is a natural communicator with good attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a professional demeanor. Candidates must be willing to work independently, yet be available by phone, email and text during certain designated hours to answer inquiries from owners, vendors, tenants, and management regarding open maintenance issues, billing and other maintenance-related tasks. Candidate will also be required to travel to some job sites to confirm completion of work by various vendors. Periodic property evaluations will also be required at various times that may require the occasional weekend or evening.
Salary commensurate with experience.
