As a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) you will :

• Provides supervision to other staff through resident assignments, giving report to others, intervening in areas of conflict.
• Accurately prepares and administers prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice.
• Makes routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within Hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems.
• Documents admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information.
• Participates in resident care plans.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.

Schedule : Sun, Mon, Tues 6 : 00pm-6 : 00am

Salary Range : $30.00- $45.00 per hour (competitive and commensurate with experience)

Sign on Bonus : $2,500
