POSITION SUMMARY
- Daily analyze production data and material data by building statistical models and metrics,
he / she helps in production strategy and decision making. With the data analyses, the company
improves production performance by optimization for inventory control of raw materials and finished
goods, sales orders & forecast, in-house manufacturing capacity and resources allocation
to export production and material data and insert pivot table in Microsoft Excel.
and build daily and monthly production performance report and KPI reports, highlight high
impact factors to drive manufacturing improvements :
o Analyze production speed, efficiency, and yield rate of each order to accurately
diagnose production performance and give suggestions to maximize production availability,
performance and quality.
o Compile Plant Performance Report focus on the analysis on production yield rate both by line and
category, line utilization, overall efficiency and so on.
o Analyze the maximum capacity of each cooking tank and compare it with actual batches made to
complete Cooking Capacity Report in order to give suggestions for in-house manufacturing capacity
and production planning.
o Utilize the knowledge of variance to analyze the difference between production target
and actual output using Excel pivot-table and v-lookup and create Production Adherence Report.
o Complete Supply Chain KPI Report which analyzes absolute variance to Production Adherence,
inventory turnover days and order fulfilment rate.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
BA / BS in Statistics is required
LANGUAGE
Multi-lingual in English & Chinese is required.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos both in English and Chinese.
Ability to write correspondence both in English and Chinese. Ability to effectively present
information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of
the organization.
SKILLS
Strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets. Familiar with Power BI.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, formulas, v-lookups etc.) Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge in ERP module SAP / Oracle / MFG Pro or any equivalent software
Self-motivated, multi-tasked with a powerful sense of responsibility and detailed oriented in every
work.
Well-organized as well as a good team player.
