4-on-4-off Equipment Operator

Heavy Equipment Operator 4 on 4 off - 6 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm  Pay Range : $27.17 and an underground differential of $0.40 an hour Are you someone who likes to work with others? Are you willing to operate machinery safely and see the success of an exciting industry?Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator at the underground mine operations in Randolph, Missouri. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment within the plant.  Essential Functions

• Participate in safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel culture
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear
• Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment
• Work in a team environment
• Clean work areas
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Proper wear of personal protective equipment
• Notify supervisors of needed repairs
• Ensure materials are properly loaded according to safety requirements
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs
• Perform duties with minimum supervision

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position and will require 40+ hours per week.  Preferred Education and Experience
