Position Overview :

The Scaffold and Insulation Superintendent will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of laborers carpenters and helpers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of services performed. Scaffold and Insualtion oversees the daily scaffold and insulation activities at the work sites including scheduling of workers delivery of equipment and materials and progress of the project. The Superintendent needs to be familiar with a variety of field concepts practices and procedures in specified discipline. Must be able to read blueprints. Ability to schedule out manpower as well as deal with emergency work with little to no notice. Manage Foreman in the field along with tracking the progress of the jobs. Lead the team in installation assembly dismantlement maintenance troubleshoot and repairs.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Supervise the construction assembly maintenance and dismantling of tubular and system scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Candidate must be capable of meeting hth Competent Scaffold training requirements.
• Create and track all scaffold tickets built onsite.
• Responsible for the supervision of crews in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews delegate job responsibilities and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs recommending services that align with these requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs emphasizing practical value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies Safety Program
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
• Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
