Centurion Maintenance is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Maintenance Technician position. Centurion Maintenance is a facility maintenance company based in Baton Rouge, LA servicing the commercial, industrial, and municipal markets throughout the Gulf Coast.

Job Summary :

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site. Technicians will be assigned to multiple locations and must be available for after-hour emergency calls.

Reports to : Maintenance Manager

Essential Job Duties :

• Responsible for all preventive maintenance, necessary maintenance, and minor repairs to the
