What You’ll Be Doing :

• As a Foreman, you’ll play a critical role on the job site—leading field crews, optimizing project execution, and ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standards.
• Field Leadership – Direct and motivate installation technicians to perform safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Project Execution – Coordinate schedules, trades, tools, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
• Crew Scheduling – Maintain and manage technician deployment using scheduling platforms and project forecasts.
• Mentorship – Train and coach junior techs to build skills, confidence, and team capacity.
• Stakeholder Communication – Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Services leadership to report progress, flag issues, and implement solutions.
• Tools & Materials – Ensure job sites are equipped with the right gear, resources, and documentation.
• Safety & Standards – Uphold safety procedures and ensure proper equipment usage across teams.
