Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
24+ years of back-of-house experience with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong foundation in Western, Indian, and / or fusion cuisine with interest in developing deeper masteryAbility to manage daily prep, station organization, and consistent execution during high-volume serviceExperience supporting food cost controls, inventory oversight, and BOH systemsComfort leading a diverse culinary team with professionalism and positive energyStrong communication and a desire to collaborate with senior culinary leadershipSpanish-speaking ability is a strong plusSous Chef Must Haves
