Responsibilities of an Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis :

• Reporting : Provide timely and actionable reporting to our company's leadership

Support ongoing migration and enhancement of existing Excel-based reporting to Adaptive Insights

Provide variance and root-causes analyses to supplement financial reporting

Support daily and weekly model updates needed to produce accurate financial reports

Own the design, assumptions testing, and output of the financial projection model for Ovative's long-range corporate planning exercises

Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package : Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For this entry-level Analyst position, the base salary is $60,000. In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary ($6,000).
