Business Development Manager

Brown and Root is currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the cooling tower industry. This role is responsible for nurturing existing business relationships while identifying and securing new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong customer focus, and a passion for driving growth in a competitive, technical market.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial cooling tower market
• Build and maintain close professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to support proposals and project execution
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and company growth objectives
