Integration Consultant

As an Integration Consultant youll serve as the quarterback ensuring that the companys cutting-edge technology is implemented flawlessly within health systems once the contract is signed. Youll coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholdersengineering regulatory clinical and customer teamsto ensure every moving piece comes together smoothly on time and with excellence.

Your mission is to turn complexity into claritymanaging timelines anticipating dependencies driving accountability and ensuring every customer experiences a seamless thoughtful and delightful integration journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of this companys solutions with health systems ensuring projects are executed in a strategic timely and detail-oriented manner from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate across functions (engineering product regulatory operations and marketing) to ensure alignment accountability and flawless execution.
• Partner closely with customer stakeholders including IT radiology and administrative teamsto align goals communicate milestones and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary implementation quarterback orchestrating efforts across internal and partner teams to ensure every detail is executed in the right sequence.
• Communicate with influence and empathy managing expectations building trust and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the deployment process.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate integration timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights that inform product development and continuous improvement.
