Hybrid Sr. Real Estate Transactional Attorney Requirements :

4+ years of experience in transactional real estate, with a proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial leases from inception through execution.

Proven expertise in representing both landlords and tenants in leasing negotiations, including preparing and finalizing all necessary transaction documents.

Good standing with California bar
