What You’ll Do :

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls across multiple queues with professionalism and empathy—always aiming for first-call resolution.
• Handle a wide range of payment-related tasks : process payments, issue refunds, update billing details, and correct discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues such as missed payments, credits, cancellations, reactivations, and equipment-related refunds.
• Use internal systems and third-party platforms to efficiently manage and resolve account concerns.
• Conduct thorough account reviews and accurately document all customer interactions.
