Data Entry Specialist Inside Sales Team
Role Overview
Supports the Inside Sales team by accurately inputting order and report data into computer systems and executing critical administrative and data management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management :
Input customer order and report information accurately.
Establish and maintain a centralized SharePoint repository for customer data.
Compile and organize raw material and part makeup data from Business Units / Product Engineers into Excel and upload to SharePoint for sales team access.
Sales System Support (ModelN) :
Clean up and resolve pending items in ModelN.
Research and backdate Sales Opportunities (OPP).
Filter Opportunities by sales representative and scope (global / regional), verifying with POS data to monitor commission accuracy.
Sales Coordination :
Track and follow up on PCN / PPAP approvals and pending action items across Customer Service, Inside Sales, and the Customer. Proactively communicate status updates.
Organize customer and competitor-related activities to aid the sales team in opportunity follow-up.
Qualifications
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Core Competencies : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, effective time management, good communication skills, and prompt responsiveness.
Experience : Previous data entry experience is preferred.
Compensation & Details
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $21.00 - $22.00
