About The Role :

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and optimizing a broad range of hardware and software platforms across our technology environment. You’ll be part of a team that keeps things running smoothly — from servers to endpoints, networks to documentation — and you’ll play a key role in supporting the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure.

Keeping documentation up to date on system setups, policies, and procedures — all stored in a centralized location.

Assisting other Technology teams by sharing knowledge and providing support through admin tools and cross-training.

Conducting daily system monitoring using logging and alerting tools.

Following change management best practices and helping uphold system standards.

Contributing to installation and configuration processes and helping develop technical procedures.

Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

About You :

Details matter to you, and you’ve got an eye for catching the little things that make a big difference.

You’re adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can juggle multiple priorities while staying on top of deadlines.

You excel in team settings, bringing a cooperative spirit and positivity that helps everyone succeed.

Providing top-notch customer service comes naturally to you.

You’re comfortable working independently and figuring things out as you go.

You’re eager to learn new technology and pick up new skills quickly.

You love solving problems and tackling challenges head-on.

You have a sharp analytical mind and make thoughtful, data-driven decisions.

With a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, you’re the type of person people can trust to get things done.

You know how to build strong, trusting relationships and work well with others.

You’re flexible and available to jump in when needed, even outside regular business hours or on weekends.

You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

You’re able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods when needed
