We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer Principal to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team delivering landmark land development projects. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop grading plans from conceptual design through to final construction-ready plans.
  • Prepare and process maps and plans for subdivisions and land development projects.
  • Perform road design, drainage, and earthwork calculations in compliance with jurisdictional standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local codes, standards, and procedures, particularly in the Inland Empire region.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, timely results.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
  • Engineering Disciplines

    Qualifications :

  • BSCE or equivalent engineering degree, with 4 years of land development experience (or 8 years equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience taking grading plans from conceptual design to final plans.
  • Strong knowledge of local jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures in the Inland Empire.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
