This is an in-person role (not remote) where youll engage with warm inbound leads, helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs no cold calling, no pressure selling, just meaningful conversations and consistent support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Educate clients on life insurance products with care and professionalism
• Engage with inbound callers and provide guidance through the coverage process
• Build trust through transparent communication and dependable follow-through
• Support team performance by maintaining ethics and meeting goals
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
