A respected Charlotte law firm is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of defense litigation experience to grow their career in a collaborative, supportive environment.
✨ What You’ll Do
Handle Workers’ Compensation defense cases from intake through resolution
Conduct depositions, mediations, and client consultations
Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings
Perform legal research and case analysis
Collaborate with colleagues while managing cases independently
✨ What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of Workers’ Compensation Defense Litigation experience (required)
Currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina
Strong writing skills; deposition and mediation experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
