ITTConnect is seeking a RPG Developer to join our team. This is a new position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. Their client is in the Cruise / Travel Industry.
Job location : Miramar, Florida. Position is hybrid, Mon-Thu onsite in Miramar.
Responsibilities :
- Support custom reservation applications, written in RPG(all versions up to RPG Free), SQL, on the IBM-i (AS / 400) platform
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Deploy fixes and enhancements
- Handle duty phone calls
- Own, investigate, and resolve reported defects
- Code software in a way that is reliable, efficient, reusable, and well documented
- Comply with company and department policies and procedures including Change Management, Incident Management, SOX, PCI, and coding standards
- Perform other duties as required
- Work experience on Agile methodologies preferred.
