We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Systems.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with overall restaurant sanitation.
  • Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality, guest relations, and culinary excellence.

    • Experience

  • Previous experience as a Server, preferably within an upscale environment.
  • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation and handling is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food service industry.
