Architect-Designer Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and bringing to life innovative concepts for architecture projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the building process and be able to take a project from concept to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and review architectural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Prepare 3D renderings and presentations for clients
  • Work with clients to develop and refine project designs
  • Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations
  • Research and recommend innovative materials and techniques
  • Work with engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Negotiate design changes and modifications with clients, contractors, and other professionals
  • Additional work may require project management and estimating duties

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON INTERVIEW BASED ON EXPERIENCE
