Premier Medical Resources is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to join our team in our Houston, TX 77040 location!
SUMMARY :
The Workforce Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of contingent workers and remote team staff, ensuring alignment with clearance, onboarding, offboarding, and operational protocols. This role is the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party staffing vendors to meet workforce needs efficiently. The Workforce Coordinator oversees temporary staffing contracts, processes related invoices and supports the functionality and performance of Remote Team Support (RTS).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Staffing
- Partner with hiring managers and vendors to source, screen, and place contingent staff.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and time / attendance tracking.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and ensuring staffing needs are met.
- Review, analyze, and maintain vendor contracts for contingent workforce and RTS.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), guarantees, and replacement timelines.
- Manage staffing agency invoices : verify accuracy, track deliverables, and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Accounting on escalations, negotiations, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, negotiations, invoices, and vendor performance.
Remote Team Support (RTS)
Serve as the main point of contact for RTS staffing and operational needs.Coordinate schedules, system access, equipment, and performance monitoring for remote staff.Standardize workflows by developing and maintaining SOPs, templates, and onboarding forms.Generate workforce analytics and KPI reports (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly) for business units.Monitor RTS utilization and costs; analyze trends and recommend efficiencies.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure alignment and compliance.Provide guidance on escalated issues, resolve service concerns, and facilitate communication on updates and procedural changes.Identify process gaps; recommend automation, workflow improvements, and corrective action plans.Ensure all Business Associate Agreements are completed by each RTS for the respective company.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Proven experience with contingent labor management, contracts, and third-party vendor coordination.Familiarity with processing and reconciling vendor invoices.Experience supporting and managing remote workforces.Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).Demonstrated ability to create SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills.Experience in systems management, workflow mapping, and process standardizationEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
