You Are :

You are a highly accomplished and strategically minded technical leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You bring a deep passion for networking technologies, particularly Ethernet and high-speed SerDes, and are adept at translating complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies and compelling business opportunities. With 15+ years of experience in Ethernet product management, development, or technical program leadership, you have a proven ability to build and nurture strategic customer relationships, driving innovation that directly addresses market needs. Your leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. You are highly effective in cross-functional environments, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals. As a clear and persuasive communicator, you engage confidently at all organizational levels, from technical deep-dives to executive strategy sessions. You anticipate future market trends, proactively shaping product roadmaps that position the business for long-term success. Your educational background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field-ideally complemented by a Master's degree or MBA-gives you the credibility and insight to lead both technically and strategically. What You'll Be Doing :

• Drive the full lifecycle of Ethernet, UALink , SUE, ESUN products-from ideation and design through development, launch, and market adoption.
• Develop and execute long-term product and technology roadmaps that align with customer needs and corporate strategy.
• Represent Synopsys in industry standards bodies and technical forums, influencing direction and ensuring alignment with market trends.
• Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase innovation and value to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through robust market analysis, customer insights, and technology trends.
• Define go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Product Management and Sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor during engagements and solution development.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product execution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact .
• Monitor performance against business plans, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
