We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support a 24 / 7 operational facility in Dayton, OH. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities, providing critical support for building operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and be capable of responding to emergency situations, performing general repairs, and supporting on-site staff needs.

Pay $23.34 an hour : or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities :

\n

• Serve as the primary technician on-site at the designated facility.

\n

\n

\n

\n

o Minor plumbing repairs

\n

o Able to perform HVAC preventative maintenance on equipment

\n

o Preventative maintenance on ice machines, and cleaning.

\n

o Monitor equipment and replace water filters on schedules.

\n

o Assure restroom facilities are operational and repaired when needed.

\n

o Mounting TVs and equipment

\n

o Room setup and support for meetings

\n

\n

\n

\n

\n

\n
