Experience facilitating both TBS and PHP group curricula required. Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency. Compassionate, trauma-informed approach to client care. The Opportunity
Recovery Works Healing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Group Counselor to facilitate Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) groups at our Vandalia location. This role focuses exclusively on group facilitation and clinical documentation related to those sessions.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate TBS and PHP group sessions using established, evidence-based curricula.
- Foster a supportive, recovery-oriented group environment that aligns with trauma-informed care principles.
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and state standards.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote client engagement and treatment progression.
