QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a surgical facility preferred.
• Computer experience preferred, Epic.
• Requires language skills adequate for written and interpersonal communication
• Require visual and auditory acuity adequate from frequent use of computers and occasional use of other business office equipment. Ability to sit for long periods and to perform desk and office activities.
• Strong customer service skills
• Clear verbal communication skills

RESONSIBILITES :

Answers and returns phone calls to all patients daily, and in a timely manner. Procedure expectations
