Overview

Seeking a new career challenge Then Bermello Ajamil a Woolpert Company (BA) is seeking you! BA is seeking a talented Project Architect / Designer with proven experience in healthcare design to join our Healthcare Architecture team based in our Coral Gables office.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

Responsibilities

As a Project Architect / Designer you will :

  • Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development preparation of presentation drawings and specifications design review coordination and correlation of construction drawings.
  • Prepare schematics design development and construction documents. Develop modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
  • Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project.
  • Plan coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.
  • Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration.
  • Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.

Qualifications

  • Florida Architectural License preferred
  • LEED certification is preferred.
  • 5-year bachelors or masters degree in architecture.
  • 8-10 years of job-related experience specifically in the design of healthcare facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD REVIT Sketchup and PhotoShop software.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and confidently with diverse personalities and communication styles while fostering and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel.
  • Time management skills.
