Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers to collect and confirm transfer details and resolve inquiries Coordinate and book transfers, ensuring timely and accurate service while monitoring schedules for potential issues Maintain accurate records and collaborate with Sales and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless operations Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, transportation coordination, logistics, or customer service Strong organizational and time-management skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn booking / scheduling systems Proactive mindset with a focus on improving team performance and customer outcomes Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
