Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Front End Loader Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to be an integral part of an effective team. This position involves operating a front end loader in high-traffic areas with blind corners and tight lanes, maintaining loader operations through regular inspections, and supplying up to 3, tons of material per week.

Shifts Available :

  • Day Shift : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 4 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Wednesday 4 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 AM.
  • Night Shift : 7 : 00 PM to finish (8-10 hour shifts) Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Operate a Front End Loader and other equipment used in handling clay material.
  • Navigate high-traffic areas with blind corners and tight lanes safely and efficiently.
  • Perform general utility work as needed.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Supply up to 3, tons of material per week.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE (personal protection equipment) provided by the company.

    • Skills and Experience Required :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a front end loader.
  • Experience working in a non-climate-controlled production environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 2 miles.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling tasks.
  • Strong integrity and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
