Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, and platforms

Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support product functionality and enhancements

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Assist in the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows

Participate in system testing, validation, and post-deployment support

Support reporting, dashboarding, and metric tracking efforts

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications : Required :

1–3 years of experience in a technical analyst, IT support, or business analyst role

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred :

Experience supporting enterprise systems or SaaS platforms

Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS or Azure) and REST APIs

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
