This role will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to optimize the performance of Onmark GPO Oncology business. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and experience in driving business growth through innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Works directly with C suite and physicians to build strategic plans that align with the practice goals and the economic success of the GPO contracts available
• Works collaboratively with Sales, Clinical Specialist Teams, MID, and other internal stakeholders to drive contract performance and provider engagement with the GPO Services business Drives strategic initiatives and delivers results for members Identifies success factors and strategies to drive enhanced performance on the contract portfolio
• Interprets builds and delivers economic comparisons for understanding contract landscape and full optimization opportunity
• Responsible for Optimization activity that delivers against those objectives for engaged strategic customers
• Executes against quarterly Coordinated Aggregate buy-in strategies working with multiple groups to ensure success
• Builds content for and delivers Quarterly Business Reviews Leads complex projects to improve value, innovate offerings, streamline efficiencies, and improve customer experience
• Partners with Business Development Directors to provide contract insights to our biopharma partners
• Develop new & tenured sales teams on GPO market landscape and dynamics
• Supports Regional distribution sales in new business development and retention efforts
• Engages and provides market insights in manufacturer meetings
• Presents to small and large groups on GPO strategies and market dynamics

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $77,100 - $128,500
