Hydraulic Technician

Responsibilities :

Under the direct direction of the Plant Manager, the Hydraulic Technician is responsible for testing and repairing various hydraulic components. This job is responsible for mechanical disassembly and assembly of industrial equipment for servicing.

Hydraulic Technician - Mechanical repair and diagnosis

Pay : $20-24 starting pay based on experience -

Hours : 7am-330pm - Overtime as needed, average of 45 hours a week.

Job Description :

Assist in the repair of hydraulic / pneumatic components from customers.

Job Requirements :

• Able to use a variety of hand tools required for repair
• Able to tear down open loop and closed loop pumps
• Able to understand basic hydraulic diagrams / schematics
• Ability to understanding the basics on the three most popular pumps and their components
• Possess a common understanding of cylinders and their operations
• Ability to safely operate the warehouse equipment (hoist, forklift, Hilo)
• Working with high pressure equipment and high flow systems
• Ongoing training as needed by senior technicians
