job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSpend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances Keep an accurate log of sales databases, client reports, bookkeeping records, and more to share progress toward goals with key stakeholders Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients by using sales strategies that may include cold calling and networking Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio Helping individuals and families find the right life insurance coverage Following up with leads and building relationships Learning our system and plugging into team calls and coaching Managing simple daily tasks and keeping track of your progress Staying focused on personal and professional growth A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and people skills Basic tech comfort with email, phone, and simple software Willing to get a life insurance license (we help with the process) High school diploma required. College is a plus, but not required Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license Reliable mode of transportation

- First year income potential between $80,000 and $110,000
- Weekly bonuses based on performance
